How do I download my documents?
After completing the eviction form, click 'Generate My Documents.' You can then view each document and use 'Print / Save PDF' to download them.
Can I edit my case after generating documents?
You can create a new case at any time with updated information. Each case generates a fresh set of documents.
Is this legal advice?
No. Evict My Tenant AL is a document preparation service, not a law firm. We generate documents based on the information you provide. For legal advice, please consult a licensed Alabama attorney.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Account > Manage Subscription. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period.
What if I entered wrong information?
Simply start a new case with the correct information. Your previous case will remain in your case history.
