Terms of Agreement

By accessing or using Evict My Tenant AL ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Evict My Tenant AL is a document preparation platform that generates eviction-related legal documents based on information provided by users. The Service is designed for use in the State of Alabama only. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or attorney-client relationships.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and when entering case details. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Single filing fees are one-time charges. Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

The documents generated by the Service are based entirely on the information you provide. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information entered. We do not verify the truthfulness or legal sufficiency of the information you provide. It is your responsibility to review all documents before filing them with any court.

The Service does not constitute legal advice. We do not advise you on whether you have grounds for eviction, whether your documents are sufficient for your specific situation, or how to serve or file documents. For legal guidance, consult a licensed Alabama attorney.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evict My Tenant AL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree not to use the Service to: generate fraudulent documents; harass, intimidate, or discriminate against tenants; violate any applicable federal, state, or local law; or file documents containing knowingly false information.

All content, design, and technology of the Service are the property of Evict My Tenant AL. Documents generated for your use are yours to use for their intended legal purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell the Service or its underlying technology.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
